Stylish Stays at Affordable Prices

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays. The team was professional, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome. For being on the more affordable side of Denver listings, this place is 1000% worth the price. Communication was clear and consistent, and the hospitality was top-notch. 10/10! highly recommend!

We came for a long weekend with our adult kids, and this place was just right for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Charlie was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

This place was chosen primarily due to the proximity to my cousin's home. It turned out to be a great location, easy to walk to get food, and a park right down the street had a concert one of the nights. The place itself was beautiful and comfortable. We only had to turn the swamp cooler on once despite the heat. The windows were able to be opened, allowing for fresh air. There is only one bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms. If you are okay with that fact, this is a great place to stay. The keypad made entry easy to the home. I would definitely stay here again.

Minimal and cozy studio in Brighton was everything we needed and more! It was 1-2 hours from our hiking adventures, which was perfect. The studio was quiet, clean and comfortable! Full kitchen and fridge with ice maker (which came in clutch in the 90 degree days). The perfect spot to wind down after long days of hiking. The neighbors were also very friendly! Definitely recommend.

This was perfect for our trip! My mom and I stayed here while visiting family in the area. We loved that it was just a 5 minute walk to local cafes and restaurants. The space was extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Very quiet and close to many things (Walmart, fast food, gas stations, etc.) Charlie is great with communication, and very friendly. Very clean space and very modern. Will definitely stay again!

We came for a work conference, and this was the perfect location for that. We were 3 minutes away from lots of dining and grocery stores. You could go 20 minutes in any direction and have even more to do. The place was very easy to find, and very clean. There was a very distinct smell, I think it was the cleaning chemicals, we ended up getting some air freshener because we were not a fan of the smell at all but other than that, very very clean, plenty of towels and washcloths, set up for coffee, and basics. The area was quiet and calm, host was extremely quick with responses, answering right away. We did have an issue with the washing machine, every other load would not drain completely, so we had to pay for two rounds each time we washed clothes. We didn’t wash til the end of our stay, so it wasn’t a huge issue. We spoke with the maintenance man upon departure, he was very kind and stated they would take care of it and let the others know. We will definitely stay here again!

A sweet and charming place to stay. Very easy to find, and a quiet refuge from the busy city. I definitely would recommend this space for others to stay. I appreciate the hosts responsive time and their manager Jesse was top notch.

Charlie’s place was perfect and just as advertised in the photos. Great location to walk to restaurants and the beautiful park down the block. We would definitely stay again when in the area!

I stayed here for 3 weeks on a work trip and had a great experience. The place is well kept and centrally located in Brighton. The value per dollar compared to a hotel was a bright point and I will definitely book again on my next work outing.
