1. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited inside the unit - A $250 fee will be charged for violations
2. Do not throw cigarette butts ANYWHERE on property $250 fine will be enforced. Please only use designated areas and containers
3. Events are prohibited
4. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am
5. Our pet fee is $50 per pet, whereas the platform only charges a one-time fee. If you have more than one pet, we will send you a separate fee request after booking.
6. Clean up pet waste, any left is subject to additional charges to clean grounds
7. Checkin between 4pm and 10pm. Checkout is 10am.
8. If house rules are broken additional charges may apply.
9. For long-term bookings (29 days or more), signing a lease agreement is required.

I had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly friendly and provided all the information I needed, making the experience seamless. I was visiting Denver for ETHDenver, and the location was perfect just a short Uber ride to the city. The space was extremely well-accommodating, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend it, and would definitely stay again!

Charlie was very responsive, accommodating, and proactive in fulfilling our requests. The place itself was very clean and the roomy workstation area was beneficial to take meetings and do work at. I highly recommend Charlie's place and would stay here again.
