Charlie’s place was lovely, clean, modern, well-appointed and cozy. My daughter spent 3 months living there while working in Boulder and absolutely loved it. Charlie was great at communicating and I have had no issues at all. Would stay here again

We loved staying at Charlie’s place! Brought my kids to Colorado for Christmas and wanted a homie, cozy feel. This was the perfect place for that! Charlie’s place was warm, and cozy, and made us feel right at home. Very clean, had everything we needed, easy to find, and in a great location. Don’t think twice, book today!

My experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet enough to really unwind. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Charlie, the host. From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered great local recommendations that made my trip so much better. This is the second time my family has stayed at this location. And I’m absolutely positive there will be a third. The location is very close to everything you may need. Host very responsive to questions and so friendly. Location clean and peaceful. We love staying here.

This house was perfect for our family weekend visit to CU. It is close enough to campus, but not overpriced as you would find closer to town. The beds are comfortable, the living room furniture is nice, and the kitchen is well appointed, including coffee and condiments. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and neighbors are friendly.

I loved the home! It got to the perfect temperature at night! Which is so important for postpartum! It had amenities and was stocked very well with nice shampoo and such. The beds are very plush and comfortable and the neighborhood is comfortable too. It had the best food of any states Ive been to right near by so I do recommend it!
