1. Smoking, vaping and e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited inside the unit - A $250 fee will be charged for violations 2. Do not throw cigarette butts ANYWHERE on property $250 fine will be enforced. Please only use designated areas and containers 3. Events are prohibited 4. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am 5. Our pet fee is $50 per pet, whereas the platform only charges a one-time fee. If you have more than one pet, we will send you a separate fee request after booking. 6. Clean up pet waste, any left is subject to additional charges to clean grounds 7. Checkin between 4pm and 10pm. Checkout is 10am. 8. If house rules are broken additional charges may apply. 9. For long-term bookings (29 days or more), signing a lease agreement is required.
