5. Our pet fee is $50 per pet, whereas the platform only charges a one-time fee. If you have more than one pet, we will send you a separate fee request after booking.

7. Checkin between 4pm and 10pm. Checkout is 10am.
8. If house rules are broken additional charges may apply.
9. For long-term bookings (29 days or more), signing a lease agreement is required.

The apartment was really clean and the bedrooms are large.
Charlie is really friendly and responsive. We had an accident with the microwave door, and he was real understanding about it. We offered to pay for it but he told us not to worry, accidents happen. I’d recommend this place to stay.
