House Rules: We kindly ask that you follow these rules throughout your stay: 1. No smoking inside the property, including e-cigarettes. 2. Our pet fee is $50 per pet, whereas the platform only charges a one-time fee. If you have more than one pet, we will send you a separate fee request after booking. 3. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. 4. Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply. 5. Extra Guests: No guests are permitted to spend the night except those listed on the rental agreement. If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on AirBnB’s policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings. 6. For long-term bookings (29 days or more), signing a lease agreement is required. Hot Tub Rules: No food or glass. No jumping or diving Children must be supervised by an adult Replace cover after each use Do not sit, stand, lie down on the cover Turn off jets after use No soaps or oils Parking Driveway can accommodate up 5 cars Trash and Recycling We kindly ask that you dispose of your trash in the trash cans throughout the house. Trash should be placed in the dumpster on Tuesday night, for pick up the next day. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please ensure the carabiner is securely fastened after use to avoid a $500 fine. If left unlocked, stray animals—especially bears—can get into the trash, which poses a serious issue. Additionally, kindly send a photo of the trash can to confirm that it is properly locked. Trash Day: Wednesday Check Out Check-out is at 10am. To help us prepare for our next guest, please lend a hand with these items before you leave: Leave used towels in the bathrooms Close and lock all windows and doors Check for all belongings! Lock the front door as you exit

You will have access to the entire lower unit (Unit B) at this beautiful property. This includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room and a private entrance. You will also have exclusive use of the lower patio / outdoor area and hot tub.
