5. Our pet fee is $50 per pet, whereas the platform only charges a one-time fee. If you have more than one pet, we will send you a separate fee request after booking.
6. Clean up pet waste, any left is subject to additional charges to clean grounds
7. Checkin between 4pm and 10pm. Checkout is 10am.
8. If house rules are broken additional charges may apply.
9. For long-term bookings (29 days or more), signing a lease agreement is required.

Charlie’s place was very peaceful and quiet considering it was part of a complex. It was very clean and roomy with all of the supplies and immunities we would need. Very convenient location to groceries and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this and stay here in the future!
