My experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet enough to really unwind.
What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Charlie, the host. From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered great local recommendations that made my trip so much better. It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort the way Charlie does.
I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be booking here again the next time I’m in the area. Thanks again, Charlie — you’re awesome!

This is the second time my family has stayed at this location. And I’m absolutely positive there will be a third. The location is very close to everything you may need. Host very responsive to questions and so friendly. Location clean and peaceful. We love staying here.

This house was perfect for our family weekend visit to CU. It is close enough to campus, but not overpriced as you would find closer to town. The beds are comfortable, the living room furniture is nice, and the kitchen is well appointed, including coffee and condiments. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and neighbors are friendly.

I loved the home! It got to the perfect temperature at night! Which is so important for postpartum! It had amenities and was stocked very well with nice shampoo and such. The beds are very plush and comfortable and the neighborhood is comfortable too. It had the best food of any states Ive been to right near by so I do recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was cozy, clean, and in a great location. Parking was very convenient right in front of the Airbnb. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location and a very nice place.
Easy to find, really clean, and very modern.
Charlie was responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was very simple and well-explained.

This is a great place to stay! I was there for my sons graduation for his PhD. The house is very clean and cozy. Charlie goes above and beyond he genuinely cares about the people who stay here. His communication is amazing he was very quick to respond and help fix whatever needs to fixed. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays. The team was professional, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome. For being on the more affordable side of Denver listings, this place is 1000% worth the price. Communication was clear and consistent, and the hospitality was top-notch. 10/10! highly recommend!

We came for a long weekend with our adult kids, and this place was just right for what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, close to everywhere we wanted to go. Charlie was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

This place was chosen primarily due to the proximity to my cousin's home. It turned out to be a great location, easy to walk to get food, and a park right down the street had a concert one of the nights. The place itself was beautiful and comfortable. We only had to turn the swamp cooler on once despite the heat. The windows were able to be opened, allowing for fresh air. There is only one bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms. If you are okay with that fact, this is a great place to stay. The keypad made entry easy to the home. I would definitely stay here again.
