My experience at this Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet enough to really unwind. What truly made this stay exceptional, though, was Charlie, the host. From the moment I booked, he was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered great local recommendations that made my trip so much better. It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort the way Charlie does. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be booking here again the next time I’m in the area. Thanks again, Charlie — you’re awesome!

Loved my stay at Charlie’s place. The unit was located in a great spot and was very spacious for my friends and I. Served as a great home base for a last minute stay and we enjoyed it a lot. Would definitely stay here again

This is the second time my family has stayed at this location. And I’m absolutely positive there will be a third. The location is very close to everything you may need. Host very responsive to questions and so friendly. Location clean and peaceful. We love staying here.

This house was perfect for our family weekend visit to CU. It is close enough to campus, but not overpriced as you would find closer to town. The beds are comfortable, the living room furniture is nice, and the kitchen is well appointed, including coffee and condiments. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and neighbors are friendly.

I loved the home! It got to the perfect temperature at night! Which is so important for postpartum! It had amenities and was stocked very well with nice shampoo and such. The beds are very plush and comfortable and the neighborhood is comfortable too. It had the best food of any states Ive been to right near by so I do recommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay! The place was cozy, clean, and in a great location. Parking was very convenient right in front of the Airbnb. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location and a very nice place. Easy to find, really clean, and very modern. Charlie was responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was very simple and well-explained. Highly recommend!

This is one of the cleanest and most comfortable Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens. I highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you Charlie!

This is a great place to stay! I was there for my sons graduation for his PhD. The house is very clean and cozy. Charlie goes above and beyond he genuinely cares about the people who stay here. His communication is amazing he was very quick to respond and help fix whatever needs to fixed. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
